SPECIAL MESSAGE - COVID HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS MEASURES
Today more than ever, your health, and therefore the hygiene and cleanliness of Baan Sawadee villa are our priority. Due to COVID-19, very high hygiene measures have been reinforced for your safety. The cleaning protocol before and after each reservation has therefore been reinforced.
We strictly apply local government authorities instructions, we follow health and safety guidelines and we take the highest level of preventive measures to ensure the safety of each customer and maintenance personnel.
The cleaning staff wash their hands outside the house on arrival, wear masks and gloves to ensure the cleanliness of Baan Sawadee villa ; also shoes are not allowed on the terrace.
All door handles and bathrooms are systematically disinfected using a solution based on white vinegar, baking soda, or bleach. The cleaning rate of the draw sheets or tops has been reduced.
The safety of our guests is our top priority, always.

The delivery of Thai dishes (or international, pizza ...) is still possible at this time.
Adapted outings are offered. Home services, meeting the hygienic conditions imposed by the situation, have been reinvented for your relaxation: manicure or pedicure treatments, massages (the staff are masked and follow strict hygiene rules), breakfast service at home, delivery of Thai meals, pizza, international dishes....
We also provide personalized or small group excursions, group or private Thai cooking lessons -at the school-, hikes and walks, diving initiations...
Special cancellation policy in case of new covid pandemic or resumption of the epidemic
Unfortunately, nobody knows about the future. As we all need to be secured with this, you could postpone your booking or the deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation occurs 15 days before arrival because of COVID pandemic at the facility.
For new reservations for an arrival before December 15th, 2021, in case of pursuit or new covid pandemic declared by the Word Health Organization (WHO) that would affect Thailand and your country of origin, guests can cancel up to 15 days before their arrival and receive a 100% full refund for all DIRECT booking on this website exclusively. If a guest cancels within 15 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.
