The villa consists of 4 independent bedrooms [4 king size beds or 2 twin & 2 king size bedrooms]. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and are furnished with mosquito net, air conditioning and fan, flat screen TV, contemporary polished concrete closet wardrobe and desk, safety box, with direct access to terrace and swimming pool.
The two bedrooms located in the center of the villa communicate with the kitchen. Please take a look at the new photos or Watch this video.
Wood art carved on the walls, rice box handcrafted lamps, waxed concrete wall and furniture (dressing, desk, bathroom), cushions and curtains, are all Thai handmade decorations especially made for this villa to support the local economy, they do not come from store.

Flexibility
Spaces are flexible in this villa : 4 king size bedrooms or 2 twin & 2 king size bedrooms or, for long-term rentals, 2 or 3 bedrooms and a comfortable living-room.
During mid-season, Baan Sawadee Villa offers adjusted rates comparable to renting only 2 or 3 bedrooms, making it an excellent option for couples, families, or smaller groups who want privacy, comfort, and the experience of staying in a full 4-bedroom villa.
