Baan Sawadee villa is located in Maenam area, on the North coast of Koh Samui island (Thailand), 15 min away from Fisherman's Village. The house is at a walking distance to Bangpor beach, only 7 min away, and a short drive to Ban Tai beach. Bangpor beach is a peaceful uncrowded lagoon beach that is still authentic, perfect for families, and marvellous to watch the sunset.

The street in front of the villa is a dead end that is very quiet, an unique preserved aera, in front of a jungle full of colourful birds, and an organic garden that produces delicious bananas, mangoes and aromatic plants yet, soon more local fruits.

 

Facilities such as grocery store, launderette, massage shop and some restaurants are also at a walking distance.

A vehicle is recommended in order to discover the island, conveniently also enjoy other beaches, markets, temples, view points, waterfalls and other attractions. The house is perfect to accommodate up to 8 people, couples, friends or family groups, #gayfriendly, thanks to the 4 independent bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (or 3 bedrooms and a private living room). All bedrooms have air conditioning AND fan, all bedrooms and all bathrooms have mosquito nets.
