The exit cleaning is paid by the guests (2500 thb).

Thanks to the latest generation of equipment, good insulation and natural ventilation, costs are well under control. Average cost/week: around 800/1100 thb. -800thb = approx €22 $24.5 £18.7
For stays of 10 to 28 nights: cleaning of the house and change of sheets/towels* once a week are offererd**, with the exception of the final cleaning. Please leave the villa during cleaning. Water and rubbish collection are offered for stays of less than 28 nights.
Stay of more than 28 nights: House cleaning and change of sheets/towels is optional (at your charge) for monthly packages and stays of more than 28 nights. You are requested to leave the villa during cleaning. Charges (water and rubbish collection) are paid by tenants for long-term rentals of more than 28 nights.
You will be provided with a set of one shower towel and one microfibre pool towel per person, hand towels and tea towels.
Santithani is a quiet residence thanks to mutual respect.

Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden.

Arrival from 4pm. Departure before 10am. It is possible to arrive earlier or leave later free of charge, provided this does not interfere with other bookings. Please inform us of your arrival time and we will advise you of the options available.
A vehicle is recommended for exploring the island, enjoying all the beaches, markets, waterfalls, temples and other attractions. I will be happy to share my own experience with you with personalised advice and recommendations, and to coordinate your vehicle and excursion bookings.

This service can be offered twice a week or more if desired, as an option. Clean bedding sheets and towels for bathroom/pool, stuff for kitchen once per week for all stays longer more than 10 nights and less than 1 month. It is requested to leave the villa during the cleaning.
**Housekeeping is an option you can add for stays of more than 28 nights. The garbage collection is paid by the tenants for long term rentals (more than 28 nights).

For ethical reasons to support the local economy and the local people, we favor the use of Thais people for washing your laundry. Ann Khoomthong and her husband run a laundry at the entrance to the Santithani residence. For only 50thb/kg, they wash, dry, iron and fold your laundry: you bring it in the morning and collect it the next day, it's fun and exotic, and it's a good action to support the local economy! You can also use the hot water washing machine recently installed in the villa. We offer as an option a laundry service too.
All or part of the deposit may be retained in case of negligence on your side.
