Baan Sawadee villa is not only a rental villa in a lovely secure area close to the beach on Koh Samui island. You chill, I manage : as the priority for a private concierge is the ability to react in the moment to bring total satisfaction to their guests. I will be on hand anytime during your stay to assist you in arranging any activities or tours, as much as possible eco friendly.

I spend a lot of time exploring the island and testing excursions. My aim is to discover the best of Koh Samui and the surroundings, and then to share the best of my own experience: I have many options for indoor & outdoor activities to keep you and all your family or friends entertained during your stay, from free discoveries to luxurious activities.

 

I also take a lot of photos and share them on my Facebook, Instagram, Youtube pages, and on my Facebook Profil too.

Save time thanks to my assistance : my expertise ranges from landscaping, decoration (curtains, cushions, made-to-measure furniture, in wood, waxed concrete, wicker, mirrors...), kitchen, cupboards, bathroom, but also low-energy equipment, or fittings that reduce fixed costs... I master all aspects! I know the right service providers, their deadlines, their qualities and their defects :)

How to discover Koh Samui by yourself?

Baan Sawadee villa has easy and direct access to Bangpor beach, the ring road, the grocery store is at the entrance of the residence, mini markets nearby, restaurants 15 min walk or 5 minutes with scooter.

​

The Songthaew (sontgtéo), a sort of collective taxi, is the cheapest way of getting around during the day when you are 1 or 2 people, but really NOT convenient to visit. Taxis are quite expensive.

That's why a vehicle is however strongly recommended in order to conveniently enjoy other beaches and attractions (temples, waterfalls, viewpoints, markets, restaurants, snorkelling...) that I will be pleased to recommend you. Choose a car for more safety, a scooter if you are comfortable on 2 wheels, or daring!

I will be at your disposal to coordinate your rentals with well-maintained vehicles and excursion reservations.

EXTRA SERVICES

Some people like to improve their comfort level. The extras you could already book are :

  • Extra housekeeping service including sheets & towels replacement = 2000 thb/time

  • Laundry cleaning service = 80 thb/kg. Just give us your clothes. You chill, we work ! 

  • Breakfast delivered at home = xxx thb/breakfast (per person, per day) -ask for a quote-

  • Home shopping delivery = total cost + 1000 thb/delivery fee

  • Chef at home = from 3000 thb (according to menu and availabilities)

  • Personalized service = the concierge service is offered to meet all your needs for an efficient personalized service. It can satisfy a wide range of requests made by our hosts by reservation or during their stay. This may include finding a specific gift for an occasion, ordering a birthday cake ... Let us know your wishes and requirements and we will do our best to satisfy you.
