Baan Sawadee villa is located on the north coast of Koh Samui (Thailand), the island also called "the pearl of the Gulf of Siam", in the Gulf of Thailand. Koh Samui is the third largest island in Thailand (250 km²), one of the main tourist destinations of South East Asia.
The island has an ideal climate where the sun is present for a long part of the year, with an average of 26-28°C. The rainy season is quite short and extends mainly between October and December, or short tropical storms mostly at the end of the afternoons.
Baan Sawadee villa is a recently built modern villa located in the valley of Santithani village, with gardens and luxurious properties around: an unique preserve aera not overlooked, easy access to the main road and only 7 minutes’ walk to Bangpor Beach, a peaceful uncrowded lagoon beach that is still authentic, perfect for families and marvellous to watch the sunset. The beach is 3 km long and has nice little bars and restaurants that are very affordable. Another beautiful beach nearby is Ban Tai beach which is 5 minutes’ drive to this postcard atmosphere, ideal to swim and chill.

Baan Sawadee villa is in a tropical paradise in front of a jungle full of colorful birds, and an organic garden that produces delicious bananas, mangoes, papayas, aloe vera, and aromatic plants, and soon more local fruits.
The street in front of the villa is a dead end that is very quiet. My house is not overlooked, my guests can enjoy the swimming pool and the terrace in complete privacy.
The house is perfect to accommodate up to 8 people, couples, digital nomads, friend' groups or family meetings, thanks to the 4 independent bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (large shower/toilets), and a direct access to the terrace. The two bedrooms located in the center of the villa now communicate with the kitchen (works carried out in October 2020, watch the video here). Spaces are flexible: it can also be 3 bedrooms and one cozy living-room with TV for long-term rentals. The house is a sweet home ideal for telework or to enjoy your time as a house rental.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and fan, all bedrooms and all bathrooms have mosquito nets, perfect for a natural circulation of the air.
The open kitchen with dining-living room is in the center of the villa with communication to two bedrooms on each side, fully equipped (fan, furniture, oven grill microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, drinking fountain, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pans, crockery, wine glasses, hot water washing-machine...).
Relax in the beautiful swimming pool (9,20 m x 4 m x 1,35 m), or on the large terrace with sunbeds that you can move to change from the sun to the shade at your convenience. Or, chill under the covered terrace "sala" (25 m²), the outside lounge, on the 3m long comfortable sofa, the wooden chairs made by local craftsmen carpenters, with a view on the rainforest, also ideal for yoga, breakfast, friendly aperitifs or light meals!
